Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion commences on 12 Oct 2020 and concludes on 31 December 2020 (Promotional Period), unless otherwise extended.
2. By joining this promotion, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Promotion involves free home protection and security devices. To be eligible for the free items, a customer must purchase the CB Home Insurance Plan from CB General Insurance during the Promotional Period. Promotion does not apply to existing policyholders.
4. The free AFO Fireball extinguisher will be given to qualified policyholders with annual premiums up to $499. For annual premiums at $500 and more, the customer can get either a Wifi Smoke Detector or a Wifi Gas Leakage detector, upon the discretion of CB Insurance management. Unless otherwise specified, freebies or any unused portion of a freebie, are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. CB Insurance will not be held liable for any issues arising from the use of the free items. Furthermore, CB General Insurance reserves the right to refuse application of this promotion to an ineligible policy.
6. CB General Insurance cannot be held responsible for the prizes, products or services offered to users through the promotion.
7. By participating in the promotion, the policyholder shall release all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the policyholder may have against CB Insurance as a direct or indirect result of the policyholder entering or participating in the promotion, or using or permitting any other person to use the freebie, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
8. By participating in the promotion, a policyholder releases and indemnifies CB General Insurance (including its officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Company or that the Company may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the promotion, or using or permitting any other person to use the freebie, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
9. The winning policyholder agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
