1. Whom shall I call at the time of loss happen?

You should call your agent, broker or our CB claim service as soon as possible.

2. Should we notify about an accident even if the loss amount is less than the deductible?

In order to protect your right to make a claim under your policy, you should notify us about all events. If the loss amount is subsequently found to be below the deductible, you may withdraw the claim.

3. What are the documents required for claiming?

Completed claim form, Police/Authority report, Photo of damaged property, Report from the repairer on the cause of property damaged, Invoice of repair, bill for medical expense, post-mortem certificate, purchase/Sale invoice, Stock record and other documents required by company.

4. Who can buy this policy?

This policy specifically designed for those who are involved in civil construction business. Some of these includes, contractors, sub-contractors or firms commissioned to carry out work, owner or purchaser, and companies financing the project. If you are a contractor or a principal developer and starting a new project, construction all risk insurance is a must to cover various kinds of risks which can happen during the construction.

5. How long is the policy valid for?

It is depending on the actual project of construction.

6. Must we get your approval before we repair the damage?

Yes. Our claims teams or representatives will help you assess the repairs required and the reasonableness of the repair estimates.

7. Can insurance company cancel my policy after I file three claims?

The Company may cancel the Policy by giving thirty (30) days’ notice to the Insured’s last known address or electronic message means without return any premium.
