Job description (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Forming a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for management levels
• Designing company’s budgeting and forecasting
• Planning and monitoring company’s performance
• Variance analysis including Underwriting, Claim, and Business Development department
• Reporting: conducting research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems
• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to management levels.

What you will need:

• Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities to conceptualize complex insurance logic and identify impacted scenarios
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical related filed or in line with work experience
• Ability to identify opportunities for enhancement and adapt to changing business needs
• Communication skills, negotiation, mediation skills
• Interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Highly proficiency PC skills in MS office
• PowerBI (if any)
