Position Title: Business Development Officer  

Department: Business Development

Duty Location: CB General Insurance Plc. Head Office, Phnom Penh 

Duty Address: 2/F Phnom Penh Tower, No 445, Monivong Blvd. 

Report to: Business Development Manager 

Job Summary:  

We are looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team.  The BD Officer identifies business opportunities, develops relationships with prospects, and recommends solutions to clients. Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the development of the company’s sales plan and overall strategy. 

• Identify business opportunities within existing and new channels, and develop a database of prospects and new clients 
• Ensure the efficiency of the sales processes including claim process.  
• Promote products and services in a professional manner within the bounds of insurance ethics.  
• Other tasks as assigned by line supervisor. 

Requirements: 

• University Degree holder or with College/Tertiary experience. 
• Sales experience of at least 1 year preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Comprehensive product and sales training will be provided. 
• With pleasing personality and passion for innovation. 
• Fluent in English. 

• Fluency in Chinese is an advantage.
