On 4 July 2020, CB General Insurance participated in the IPD fundraising initiative for Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation to celebrate Insurance Day. This momentous occasion was organized by regulators at the Department of Insurance and Pension of Financial Industry General Directorate and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Due to the current pandemic situation, the annual “Insurance Day” event, usually held on 25 July each year, did not push through and a charity initiative was done instead. The yearly “Insurance Day” event was first established in 2019 with the purpose of promoting awareness of the Cambodian Insurance industry as well as fostering collaboration and partnership amongst the industry players.
CB Insurance was represented at the charity event by Mr. Lim Sou Pei, our Chief Business Officer (CBO), to formalize our donation and contribution to the Cambodia Kantha Bopha Foundation. We are extremely delighted to take part in this initiative.
